Mezzanine Floors
From partial platforms to full floor plates, the installation of an intermediate floor can free up valuable internal space within your building (or outside if required). We manufacture the structure in-house and offer a comprehensive turnkey solution that can include foundations, flooring, stairs/lifts, electrics, decoration and accommodation.
Design
Together with our in-house designers we can guide you through the process of planning your floor and getting the necessary details together to comply with Building Regulations. We appreciate the importance of aligning the design with the costs so that informed decisions can be made at each stage of your project.
Steel Fabrication
The largest component of a new floor is the steel structure. We benefit from having our own 12,000 sq ft steel production factory so we maintain direct control of the entire process from design, through fabrication, installation and completion. As engineers, we understand steelwork and the importance of coordinating it with the other elements of the build.
Holistic Offering
Our breath of building experience enables us to offer a full turnkey solution for your project. Using our own workforce and specialist trade partners we are able to include stairs, edge barriers, flooring, ceilings, electrics, fire alarm and accommodation. With SAH you only have to deal with a single contractor.
Lifts
We understand lifts; how to specify, procure and install them. Should you require goods or passenger lifts we can provide an affordable and workable solution. We will deal with the power and safety aspects of the install and assist you with the appropriate maintenance arrangements.
